   • Anything you enter into the content section.

   • As part of how websites and the internet functions, there is a baseline of technical information that's collected by the host provider related to details about the device you're using to visit the website and where that device is located based on geographical data. In this case, the host provider for Techno Journeys is a company called IONOS. All such technical data is collected by IONOS, not me.

1. To maintain an archival record of clients and their educational learning plans, accomplishments, what happened in each session, and all information collected through the registration form, for the purpose of efficient client management, the delivery of progressive and inclusive programs, and the practice of child safety.

2. Child Safety:
   • The information collected will be provided to the police or Child Protective Services in cases where child abuse is suspected, or for immediate situations of crisis where the child's safety is suspected to be in danger if released from my supervision.
   • The information for the Secondary Contact person is to ensure the child can still be picked up if the Primary Contact person is unable to.

1. Primary Contact:
   • This will be a legal adult guardian of the child who will be the main person I would be in contact with about anything related to the tutoring program.
2. Secondary Contact:
   • This will be a backup person (19-years-old or older) who I can reach out to, if you're unexpectedly unable to pickup your child at the end of a tutoring session. If you're more than 10 minutes late (without letting me know that you're going to be late) to pickup, that would also be a time where I would reach out to the secondary contact.
